Accessibility Statement

What we have done

• Semantic headings, landmarks, and lists throughout, so screen readers get real structure.
• A skip-to-content link as the first focusable element.
• Visible keyboard focus indicators.
• Text that reflows and zooms — we do not suppress pinch-zoom on mobile.
• Specifications as real data tables with row headers, not layout tables or images.
• Colour contrast checked against the AA threshold for body and interface text.
• Automated checks against the WCAG 2.0 and 2.1 A and AA rulesets on every change.

Known limitations

We would rather state these than imply full conformance:

• Operating-instruction figures. Several diagrams originated as images with text baked into them. We have transcribed their content into the surrounding page text, so nothing is available only in an image — but the images themselves carry descriptive alt text rather than a full visual transcription.
• Product images are low resolution. They come from a legacy source at 240 × 240 and do not scale cleanly for users who magnify the page. Replacements are in progress.
• No formal audit. Our conformance claim rests on automated testing and internal review, not a third-party audit or assistive-technology user testing.

If something here is unusable, tell us and we will fix it. Email sales@cnbwinch.com with the page address and what happened. We aim to respond within three business days.
