Most support requests are already answered:
- The small handwheel will not turn. This is the single most common question, and it is normal behaviour rather than a fault. Turn the big handwheel slightly to relieve the locking teeth, then operate the small handwheel. Full detail under operating instructions.
- Which winch fits my trailer. Determined by the track profile on the trailer, not by capacity. See sliding winches.
- How many winches a load needs. Two independent tests apply. See the § 393 guide.
- Grease specification. Showa Shell Alvania RA-J, or Valvoline Full Synthetic Moly Fortified.
