What we can and cannot tell you

We publish the rated capacity of what we manufacture: WLL 6,600 lb (3,000 kg) on every winch model, a 2.5 ton tensioning limit, and the service conditions in the product documentation.

What we cannot tell you is whether your load is compliant. That depends on the cargo, its length and weight, whether it is blocked, the straps and hardware you pair with the winch, and any commodity-specific rule that applies. The regulation puts that determination on the carrier.
