Manufacturing is in China. US customers are served through distributors, with direct technical support from us.
How supply works
We sell to distributors and OEMs, not to fleets directly. If you operate trucks, the practical route is to buy through a distributor who stocks our winches — email us and we will point you to one. If you are a distributor or a trailer builder, see distributor and OEM supply for terms.
This is a deliberate structure. Distributors carry stock, handle returns, and can supply straps and hardware alongside the winches, which we cannot do from a factory in Zhejiang.
Technical support
Technical questions come to us directly rather than through the distributor — specification queries, fitment, operating procedure, and warranty assessment. Email sales@cnbwinch.com. We answer within one business day.
Most questions are already answered on operating instructions or the FAQ.
Tariffs and landed cost
Winches imported from China currently attract substantial US tariffs, which is reflected in distributor pricing. If you are comparing landed cost against a domestic alternative, ask your distributor for a delivered quote rather than working from an FOB figure — the difference is significant and varies with current rates.
